ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – A 41-year-old Chinese National listed as high-value individual was arrested during an anti-illegal drug operation here on Saturday, Jan. 21.
The anti-illegal drug operation conducted by operatives of Angeles City Police in Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City resulted in the arrest of Angpin Hu @Intsik, a Chinese national, and currently residing at Gogo Hotel, Pulung Maragul in this city.
Found in his possession were four pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing an estimated 15 grams of shabu.
According to the raiders, the estimated value of seized illegal drugs was P102,000. Also seized was the marked P1,000 bill.
The suspect is now facing charges in violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, said Police Regional Office Region 3 Director Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen.
