Marvel star Jeremy Renner has now undergone two surgeries at a Nevada hospital after suffering severe injuries in a snow-plowing accident.
According to a statement released by his representative, Jeremy's family revealed that he remains in the Intensive Care Unit.
"We can confirm that Jeremy has suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries and has undergone surgery today (2 January)," the statement read.
"He has returned from surgery and remains in the intensive care unit in critical but stable condition," his family added.
According to police reports, one of Jeremy's neighbors is a doctor who tourniquet his legs before the ambulance arrived. Police arrived at the scene around 8pm on Sunday, impounding the Snowcat.
Local authorities said the Marvel Cinematic Universe star was airlifted to a hospital following the incident.
Before occurring to the accident, Jeremy posted a now-deleted Instagram story enjoying the view of his property in Reno, Nevada.
Jeremy is best known for playing Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, beginning with Thor (2011) and The Avengers (2012). He most recently played the character in the Disney+ series Hawkeye with Hailee Steinfield and Florence Pugh.
