P408,000 shabu seized, 2 drug pushers nabbed in Quezon

INFANTA, Quezon – Police seized P408,000 worth of suspected shabu and arrested two alleged drug pushers in Purok Langka, Barangay Binulasan, here Wednesday, July 27.

The suspects were identified as Michelle Tañola, 47, and Edgardo Salvadora, both residents of Sitio Langka, Barangay Binulasan.

Police received information from residents regarding their illegal drug activities. An anti-drug operation was conducted that led to their arrest.

Seized from the suspects was shabu weighing 20 grams with a street value of P408,000.

Charges for violation of Section 5, Article 2, of Republic Act (RA) No. 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022, will be filed against the suspects.
