According to the lady solon, holiday revelers should cut down on liquor consumption if they want to enjoy these precious moments with the people who truly matter.

For our celebrations this Chirstmas, may we please avoid the consumption of too much alcoholic beverages, if we can)," Hernandez said in a recent Facebook post.

If it's possible, just drink moderately and not excessively so that you'll still be able to enjoy the company of your loved ones)," she noted.

The news card that came with her post also stated that avoiding alcohol consumption would boost one's safety.

She said that having too much booze tends to weaken the immune system, which isn't good since one might contract Covid-19.
