GMA Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes recently posted a photo of her as with GMA Network First Vice President for Program Management Joey Abacan, having lunch with ABS-CBN Chief Operating Officer of Star Creatives Malou N. Santos, and ABS-CBN Chief Content Officer Charo Santos.
It sparked rumors about the once warring networks now starting preparation for a collaboration.
"Great lunch meeting," said Annette.
Early this year, ABS-CBN and GMA agreed on producing a new television series with artists and creative talents from their respective camps working together for the same.
This is “Unbreak My Heart,” which reunites Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap.
The couple scored a major hit prior in the ABS-CBN series, "Be Careful with My Heart."
Joining them in the show are Joshua Garcia and Gabbi Garcia, among others.
Dreamscape, represented by its head, Deo Endrinal, is producing the series, according to a report.
If ever, it isn’t the first collaboration between the two major companies. Prior, ABS-CBN assigned the airing of Star Cinema movies to GMA.
