Award-winning Filipino band Ben&Ben has issued a public apology for the inconvenience the fans experienced at their homecoming concert at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque City last Sunday, Dec. 18.

Many fans posted online about how disappointed they were with concert production. Pictures and videos were posted online featuring the long line and heavy traffic.

The other fans also complained after experiencing poor security and crowd control during the event.

Ben&Ben expressed their sentiments over the matter. In a statement, the band sent their apologies to their fans.

"We hear you. We feel your pain, frustration, and anger," they wrote.

The band also added to their statement that they would be more vigilant with the people involved in the planning and preparing of their following shows.

"While we can't undo the pains that you've been through, we can help make things right moving forward," they said.

According to the show's director Paolo Valenciano, some 65,000 fans attended the concert. Along with Ben&Ben, other artists featured in the concert were KZ Tandingan, Zild Benitez, Clara Benin, and JK Labajo.
