For Laguna 1st district Rep. Ma. Rene Ann Lourdes Matibag, Dec. 8 is special for two reasons: first, it's the day of Immaculate Conception; and second, it's also her anniversary with her husband, Melvin.
"Here's a little piece of trivia for you : Did you know that on the day I said yes to Melvin on the 8th of December 2012 took place in my hometown, inside my car, lights on and a selfie pic with my new boyfriend," Rep. Matibag wrote in Facebook post to celebrate the occasion.
"Little did I know that after 10 years, we’d have a chance to actually remake such pose in his hometown, inside his car, still lights on and a selfie pic with my handsome husband," she said.
The lady solon ended her post with the sweetest line a husband could ever read.
"You’re my greatest gift from up above, my Melvin. Hail the Queen of Heaven for giving me such beautiful family! " Rep. Matibag said.
Rep. Matibag is a neophyte in the 19th Congress.
