3 NPA yield in Central Luzon


CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Two former and one active New People’s Army guerrilla have surrendered to authorities in Central Luzon.

The former communist rebels – “Ka Moises” and “Ka Nario” – yielded in Olongapo City and turned over three rifle grenades and a caliber .38 revolver without make and serial number with four bullets.

The other surrenderer gave up a converted caliber .22 rifle, a caliber .22, four live caliber .22 bullets, and a hand grenade.

Meanwhile, an active NPA was arrested in Baler, Aurora for murder and attempted murder.

The suspect, Bobby Rioroso, the Top 1 most wanted person in Aurora, was nabbed in Barangay Calabuanan by the police and military.
