Much-anticipated reunion concert
The music scene has been abuzz with the announcement of the Eraserheads’ Huling El Bimbo Reunion Concert, generating excitement to a fever pitch from its fan base of millions who have been following and supporting the band for over three decades. The Eraserheads had their last public concert in 2009 and this reunion concert has been highly anticipated. As early as October, avid fans snapped up these most coveted tickets, creating a bigger demand for more tickets or additional concert dates. The producers conceded and expanded venue arrangements to accommodate more concert-goers.
This will be a nostalgic musical journey as the Eraserheads will again be performing their classic hits that have gained them a legion of following and music that continues to live on today. The band will also have a fresh take on some of their songs, showcasing new arrangements to be accompanied by an 18-piece orchestra. And in honor of their fifth honorary member, the late rap artist Francis Magalona, the Eraserheads will be performing with him on-stage through the magic of hologram technology.
