Fire hits mall in QC

A fire broke out at the UP Town Center mall in Katipunan Ave., DIliman, Quezon City on Friday, Nov. 25.

The Quezon City Fire District (QCFD) said the blaze, which started from a korean bar and grill restaurant on the third floor of the mall, was reported to them at around 12:12 p.m. Fire out was declared at around 12:24 p.m.

No one was hurt during the incident, the QCFD said.

Damage to property is still being determined by arson probers.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
