3 motorcycle riders flagged down for no helmets, overloading yield shabu in Cavite

BACOOR CITY, Cavite – Two motorcycle riders and a child in-conflict with the law (CICL) were collared after speeding away from a checkpoint in Barangay San Nicolas III on Tuesday, Nov. 15 and yielding shabu.

Bacoor City Police Station identified the suspects as Abdul Jabbar D. Didagun and Jeric A. Sergio.

Investigation showed that the suspects were flagged down for overloading and for not wearing helmets.

Instead of stopping, however, the suspects tried to flee, prompting the police to chase after them.

During the routine body search, authorities found four plastic sachets containing suspected shabu from the suspects.

The suspects will be turned over to the Bacoor Custodial Center, while the CICL will be turned over to the City Social Welfare And Development Office.
