BIÑAN CITY, Laguna – A man was arrested in Barangay San Antonio here after allegedly firing a gun on All Saints' Day.
Biñan City Police Station (CPS) identified the suspect as Esmeraldo Moreno.
Investigation said a concerned citizen sought help from the authorities after Moreno fired his gun while under the influence of alcohol along Pedro Escueta St.
Police confiscated the suspect's caliber 38 revolver without a serial number.
Moreno is currently under the custody of Biñan CPS and is facing charges of illegal discharge of firearms, alarm and scandal, resistance and disobedience to a person in authority, and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
