RSG PH proved to have Omega’s number as despite missing the services of star players in Jhonard “Demonkite” Caranto, Arvie “Aqua” Calderon and Eman “Emann” Sangco, the MSC 2022 champions cruised to easy sweep against Omega which was also missing the services Joshua “Ch4knu” Mangilog and Patrick “E2max” Caidic.

John “1rrad” Tuazon along with Clarense “Kousei” Camillo and Dexter “Exort” Martinez stepped up and delivered in the two-game sweep. The former Z4 Esports player shone on his jungle Martis pick in both games finishing with a 2-1-9 line in the opener before capping the series-long brilliance with a 7-0-7 line in Game 2

With RSG PH making full use of the recent game patch that improved the jungle capability of the Martis, 1rrad led the MSC Kings’ total 16-1 domination of Smart Omega in the series opener.

Nathzz activity on his EXP lane Paquito pick created so much space for RSG’s core heroes in the Martis and Kousei’s Lesley pick. It was a wire-to-wire win from the MPL PH Season 9 champions as Nathzz finished with a perfect 7-0-3 KDA on the Paquito while Irrad and Light on the Chou provided support with 2-1-9 and a 0-0-10 lines, respectively.

RSG showed no letup in the second game as it followed up the Game 1 win with a rousing 17-2 triumph in the second game.

1rrad joined hands with Dylan “Light” Catipon on the roaming Kadita in dictating the tempo in the early game and building a sizeable gold lead, even scoring a four-man wipe in the late game to cap off the win.
