Miss Grand International Organization has recently appointed Philippines' Roberta Angela Tamondong as the new 5th runner-up.
This was after Mauritius' Yuvna Rinishta made the decision to resign her title.
She did not sign a contract to complete her duty as titleholder, said the organization.
According to the beauty pageant franchise based in Thailand, the Filipina will be a part of the Top 10 and will continue her mission with the MGI team for a year.

Recall that a few days ago when Yuvna reposted the Instagram post of Miss Grand Mauritius.
There, the organization called out Miss Grand International's recent post, deeming it as "not correct."
They said: "Miss Grand Mauritius was given this contract to sign yet we did not agree to it and did not sign anything."
"Our Queen @yuvrnt resigned personally due to not being aligned with @missgrandinternational latest behaviour with our organisation and others. So we request @missgrandinternational to stop publishing these fake news," they added. "Here is the full picture of the contract without any signature of our Queen @yuvrnt."
