PRC sets F2F oathtaking for new registered electrical engineers, master electricians


The face-to-face oathtaking ceremony for new Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) and Registered Master Electricians (RME) will be on Nov. 5 at 1 p.m. to be held at the IEC Convention Center Cebu in Barangay Luz, Cebu City, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

"All successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register at least one (1) day before the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance," PRC reminded.

Confirmation slots are only limited to 550 each for REE and RME, said PRC.

Professional Regulation Commission

Inductees need to bring either a Covid-19 vaccination card or negative RT-PCR results taken within 48 hours before the oathtaking date at the given venue.

Meanwhile, those who will not be able to attend the in-person ceremony may attend the virtual oathtaking on Nov. 11 or request a special oathtaking.

The commission also advised the board passers to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure exam and intend to register as professionals.

"After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
