Apart from streaming horror flicks and telling ghost stories, Halloween is the time to dress up. People don imaginative looks, from spellbinding ensembles to downright gory ones. For one night, it allows everyone to fulfill their fantasies. That’s exactly what happened at Sparkle GMA Artist Center’s first-ever Halloween bash, dubbed The Sparkle Spell.
