BATAC CITY, Ilocos Norte – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Magnuang here on Monday, Oct. 17.
PDEA Ilocos director Ronald Allan DG Ricardo identified the suspect as Angelo Jan Gio Concepcion.
The suspect, who is on the PDEA target list, yielded 40 grams of suspected marijuana, one black pouch, one tote bag, and the buy-bust money.
A case for violation of Section 5 and Section 11, Article II, of Republic Act (RA) No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against the suspect.
