Seventeen held their “Be The Sun” in Manila concert on Oct. 8 and 9 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

“We would like to inform you that additional shows have been added to the ‘SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR - ASIA’ thanks to CARAT’s enthusiastic support. We look forward to the love and support from CARATs,” Pledis Entertainment announced.

Seventeen will also hold the concert in Jakarta, Indonesia on Dec. 28 at the Gelora Bung Karno Madya Stadium.

The Philippine Arena, located at Ciudad de Victoria, has a capacity of 55,000 people, making it the world’s largest indoor stadium.

Guinness World Records described Philippine Arena in 2015 as the “largest mixed-use indoor theater, with a seating capacity of 51,929 people.”

According to Pledis, Fan Club pre-sale sign-up period is from Oct. 14 to Oct. 18.

Seventeen had a great time when they held the two-day show.

“Manila’s energy is no joke! You guys are crazy!” So hype!” said Seventeen’s Hoshi on Oct. 9, the second day of the concert.

“Wow! Your energy is really amazing and we are receiving so much love,” said Joshua. “It’s been such a long time since the last time we came here. We’re really, really glad to be back with a new world tour, ‘Be The Sun,’ guys.”

In April 2015, the “Best of Best in the Philippines” concert was held at the Philippine Arena featuring Girls’ Generation, Super Junior, BTOB and Red Velvet, the first K-pop event at the venue.
