Some people are wondering whatever happened to Ramon Bautista. He's the self-proclaimed "Internet Action Star" who's best known for his comedy roles and authoring the book "Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo?"where he also played as himself in the movie. He also became controversial when he called the girls from Davao "hipon" even before Herlene Budol came into the picture.

Ramon said he is practicing his profession as a film teacher in UP Diliman. He appears every now and then in indie films to support his students who can't afford the popular actors. He added that playing relevant roles like being Dr. Jose Rizal will make him come back to show business.

"However, I don't really savor the idea of lock-in tapings because it will keep me away from my dogs. I know I will miss them," he said in the vernacular.

Ramon was the special guest during the launch of Iconic Drive 2022, a premium car exhibit which is ongoing until Oct. 19 at the Alabang Town Center. He was there upon the invitation of Dexter Co, president of Auto Icon which holds nine quality brands in its portfolio, namely: Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Peugeot, Mazda, GAC, and Morris Garages or MG.

"We invited Ramon because of his knowledge and enthusiasm about cars, which now makes him an influencer in this field. We are confident that he will be impressed with our line-up in this exhibit," Co stated.
