QCPD receives ISO certificate award


The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) was given an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification on Monday, Oct. 10.

Police Brig. Gen Nicolas Torre III, QCPD director, received the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate for Patrol Operations in Urban Setting issued by TUV Rheinland during the flag ceremony at Camp Crame on Monday.

QCPD was the first police district of the National Capital Police Region Office (NCRPO) to pass the ISO certification audit conducted on July 13 and 14, 2021.

The certificate is valid from Sept. 28, 2021 to Sept. 27, 2024.

QCPD, in support of the Quezon City government and stakeholders, assured that it will continue “to strive for more and do even better as it aspires for realistic, greater, and more sustainable progress by providing quality police service to the general public in terms of public safety, peace, and order.“
