Failing to greet him on the occasion is wife Heart Evangelista.
Fans thought it unbecoming as she had been consistent in greeting Chiz the past few years.
Some even chided her for it.
One wrote, "Walang pa greeting kay ex?"
Another added, "Bakit hindi mo binati si Chiz?"
Heart didn't offer a reply.
Speculations about the two already living separate lives arose after Heart removed the surname Escudero from her Instagram profile name.
