Calaca Seaport rallies together for International Coastal Cleanup Day

With plastic pollution massively affecting the environment globally, it is our duty to protect and keep our oceans clean.

In celebration of International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) Day and in line with the Udenna Foundation’s commitment to helping preserve the environment, Udenna Land Inc.’s Calaca Industrial Seaport Corporation (CISC) gathered at Phase 1, Calaca Seaport in Batangas to clear trash on the coastline and raise awareness about pollution.

“We hope that everyone’s commitment to keeping oceans clean extends beyond ICC. Ultimately, caring for our planet is our social responsibility,” shared Udenna Land President Wilfredo Placino.

“ICC is a great reminder to be kind to our oceans, helping people realize how deeply impacted marine life and nature are by improper waste disposal. Now, more than ever, it is vital that we take action for nature and stay environmentally conscious as we live our daily lives,” said Dennis Uy, Chairman and CEO of the Udenna Group.
