"I urge the PNP (Philippine National Police) to immediately use the full force of the law to bring the perpetrators to justice," Kabayan Party-list Rep. Ron Salo said on Wednesday, Oct. 5.

"My heart goes out to the family and loved ones of slain DWBL radio commentator Percival Mabasa whose senseless killing deserves the strongest condemnation," said Salo, chairman of the House Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs and a member of the Committee on Public Information.

"Such barbaric act has no place in a civilized society," he further said of the ambush on Lapid over the weekend.
