LA TRINIDAD, Benguet -- The Benguet Police Provincial Office simultaneously launched the Revitalized Kasimbayanan in the clustered municipal police stations in Bokod, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Itogon Training Center at Sitio Bua in Barangay Tuding, Itogon.
Col. Damian Olsim, provincial director of Benguet PPO, led the program attended by religious leaders, pastors, local government units representatives, barangay officials, and members of Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) and Kabataan Kontra Droga At Terorismo (KKDAT).
The activity was highlighted with audio visual presentation on the concept of Kasimbayanan, recitation of the pledge of commitment and the signing of the Pledge of Commitment by the participants from the Kapulisan, Simbahan and Pamayanan.
Pastors Leonila Porque (Sablan MPS), Leonard Legaspi (Tuba MPS) and Francis Kingad (Itogon MPS) delivered messages of commitment to the Kasimbayanan program of the Philippine National Police.
Itogon Mayor Bernard Waclin served as guest of honor and speaker who assured his full support to the PNP Kasimbayanan.
Olsim acknowledged the support of all the stakeholders.
