Three most wanted persons in Tarlac fall


CAMP FRANCISCO S MACABULOS, Tarlac City – Three provincial most wanted persons were arrested by authorities in a separate manhunt operation in Tarlac on Monday, Oct. 3.

Authorities were able to arrest Tony Garcia, 54, of Brgy. San Narciso, San Manuel, Tarlac after serving him warrant of arrest for the crime of murder issued by Hon. Bernard Dungo Fajardo, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 67, in Paniqui, Tarlac.

No bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of Garcia, who was arrested in Brgy. Tuboy, Asingan, Pangasinan.

Garcia is tagged as the number one most wanted person in provincial level by the Tarlac Police Provincial Office.

Also arrested in separate manhunt operations were Alberto Salmazan, a resident of Brgy. Sta. Lucia West, Moncada, Tarlac, and Marlon dela Cruz, 45, of Brgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City.

According to Moncada Police Chief Maj. Jose Natividad Jr., Salmazan was ranked number six most wanted person in the provincial level who was arrested for homicide by the Moncada on a warrant issued by Hon. Stela Maria Quimson Gandia-Asuncion, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 106, in Paniqui, Tarlac.

On the other hand, Dela Cruz was apprehended by the Tarlac City Police Station for his failure to appear during scheduled hearings on his string of cases involving eight counts of violation of Batas Pambansa 22 (Bouncing Checks Law).

Dela Cruz, who was tagged as number 10 provincial most wanted person, was arrested on a warrant issued by Hon. Regina Balmores Laza, Presiding Judge of MCTC, Gerona-Ramos-Pura, Tarlac.

All the arrested individuals are now under the custody of the arresting units for proper disposition.
