Freelance fashion model Elena Kozlova shares her excitement as she debuts in the romantic-comedy flick "To Russia With Love" which will stream on Netflix beginning Nov. 1.

"Happy to finally share this news! Our movie, #ToRussiaWithLove by @mavxproductions is coming to @netflix worldwide this November 1st! This movie is my acting debut (if you don’t count my 7-second Bollywood movie appearance?), and I’m incredibly excited and grateful for this opportunity. Will probably post way too much information about TRWL here - it’s a funny rom-com and a genuinely feel-good movie that I’m proud to recommend ❤️? P. S. Pwede mag Tagalog!" Elena wrote on social media on Oct. 4.

Elena teams up with actor Gerald Anderson in the upcoming movie.

A teaser for the film wrote: "As a devoted entrepreneur wins the affection of a free-spirited traveler, he must also win over her stern and disapproving father."

The movie also stars Scott Alexander Young, Kakai Bautista, Isay Alvarez, and more. Written by Biboy Calleja, the film is directed by Veronica Velasco, who also shot the critically-acclaimed Filipino Netlfix projects "Through Night and Day" (2018)," "Dear Other Self" (2017), and "A Faraway Land" (2021).

"Please watch! It’s a super funny, rom-com," added Elena."It’s 90 percent in English, and then there are English subtitles for the rest!"

Elena's friends congratulated her on her achievement. Some comments:

"Aww …that's amazing! Wanna watch it."

"Wohooo OMG! Proud of youuu."

"Congratulations Queen!"

"Wooow congratulations! Excited to watch."

"So proud!!! Can’t wait to see it :)"

Based on her Instagram, Elena said that she is a fashion model from Siberia “who came to Manila and stayed for love.” She has done several modeling gigs for popular brands in the country.

"For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to LifeChild Asia Foundation - Children's Homes. I've chosen this nonprofit because its mission means a lot to me, and I hope you'll consider contributing as a way to celebrate with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal.

"LifeChild Asia Foundation is operating an orphanage model that reflects a community of families, rather than an institution. Three homes are now complete! Our community is surrounded by pineapple farms in the countryside of Silang, Cavite, Philippines (about an hour south of Manila). Partner with us in this incredible project by making a financial donation or by visiting us!

"Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit."
