Parañaque City offers discount to early real property taxpayers

The city government of Parañaque announced that real property owners who want to pay in advance their real property tax for the year 2023 will be given a 20 discount on their advance payment.

According to City Treasurer Dr. Anthony Pulmano, real property owners (land, improvement and machinery) who have fully paid their real property for the year 2022 can start paying in advance from this month until Dec. 15.

Pulmano said tax payers can visit the Land Tax Division, Office of the City Treasurer, located at the ground floor of Parañaque City Hall, San Antonio Avenue, San Antonio Valley 1, Parañaque City.

He said the Land Tax Division will accommodate real property tax payers from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday.

The city treasurer said the Land Tax Division will hold office every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. only due to weekly office disinfection.

Pulmano said tax payers can also visit their office every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
