Tabuk City hosts Miss Earth 2022 long gown competition


TABUK CITY, Kalinga – This city will host the Miss Earth 2022 pageant long gown competition on Nov. 18.

KALINGA Gov. James Edduba and Sed Miranda of Carousel Productions Inc. sign the agreement for the hosting of the Miss Earth 2022 long gown competition in Tabuk City.

Kalinga Gov. James Edduba and Sed Miranda, representative and account executive of Carousel Productions Inc., have signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the hosting of the long gown competition that will promote eco-tourism in the province worldwide.

Carousel Productions Inc. conceptualized, organized, and launched Miss Earth in 2001 as an international environmental event that channels the beauty pageant entertainment industry as an effective tool in promoting environmental awareness and eco-tourism.

Edduba said 20 to 25 Miss Earth candidates will come to Kalinga to showcase the province's rich culture and traditions, including its very own tourism destinations.
