RLC Residences is hoping to make 2022 another successful year, coming from its stellar performance in 2021 when the brand and its projects won multiple recognitions and accolades from local and international award-giving bodies.
And as the award season starts this year, Robinsons Land’s residential division received multiple recognitions in the recently concluded DOT Property Philippines Awards 2022 held Sept. 15, 2022 at The Peninsula Manila.
The award-giving body cited RLC Residences as the Best Developer in Metro Manila and the Best Developer in Sustainable Living. In addition, it also received the Special Recognition Award for Community Building.
Receiving these accolades for RLC Residences along with other top executives, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Chad Sotelo expressed his thanks to the award organizers. “To be acknowledged alongside the big names in the industry is an honor for RLC Residences. Apart from these, RLC Residences’ projects were also recognized in various development and design categories. Woodsville Crest, located in Merville, Paranaque, was awarded Best Development/Low Rise Condominium. Meanwhile, Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta, Rizal received the Best Sustainable Residential Development recognition, and the Best Condominium Architectural Design award went to The Sapphire Bloc in Ortigas.
AmiSa Private Residences, a leisure-inspired condominium located in Mactan, Cebu, was hailed Best Beachfront Development and chosen as People’s Choice Project of the Year based on online public votes.
