SM City Lucena offers temporary shelter from STY ‘Karding’

LUCENA CITY, Quezon – The SM City Lucena announced Sunday, Sept. 25, that the mall can provide shelter to customers and residents here from super typhoon “Karding.”

Mall public relations manager Maria Janet G. Buelo said that they have allowed overnight parking on Sunday due to the heavy rainfall, strong winds, and flooding caused by the tropical cyclone.

The mall offers free Wi-Fi and charging stations and has a help desk ready to serve everyone, Buelo added.

Parts of Quezon province are under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals 5 and 4 as Karding barreled its way to Luzon Sunday.
