The Parañaque City Health Office (CHO) will administer Covid-19 booster shots to city residents aged 12 years old and above on Sept. 25.
Mayor Eric Olivarez said the activity will be held at the Ayala Malls, Manila Bay Terminal from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
He advised Parañaqueños to visit the vaccination site and get the booster shot for their additional protection against Covid-19.
Olivarez said based on the latest record of the CHO, only 44 percent or equivalent to 352,000 individuals received the first booster shot and 13 percent or 46,000 persons got the second booster.
The mayor said a one-stop-shop medical caravan being conducted by the city government in every barangay also offers vaccination against the Covid-19, aside from other medical and non-medical services.
