Filipino celebrity and social media influencer Kaladkaren and her British boyfriend seaman Luke Wrightson are celebrating 10 years of being together!

Kaladkaren accompanied her sweet post with photos of her boyfriend, flowers, and balloons.
They have been together for 10 years, but it was only in September 2020 when Luke proposed to marry her.
Kaladkaren said that when she was young, she thought nobody would ever love her because she was gay, and different. But then she met Luke Wrightson — whom she described as her “prince charming” — and everything changed. She felt genuinely “happy” and “real.”
“Oo, nakakatakot magmahal, nakakatakot masaktan, nakakatakot iwanan pero sabi nga nila minsan kailangan mo lang maniwala,” she said.
In the video, Kaladkaren shared that prior to the proposal, Luke has been carrying the ring in his pocket for some time, waiting for the perfect moment to pop the question.
Luke caught her off guard when he knelt and offered her the ring.
Kaladkaren and Luke have decided to postpone their wedding until it’s safer for their family to attend.
“So far naman ang napag-usapan namin, because of travel restrictions, baka next year pa ang wedding namin, because we really want to get married here in the U.K. Kasi ‘yung mga family ko, siyempre gustong magpunta dito para sa kasal namin,” she said in an interview with Toni Gonzaga.
Netizens congratulated the couple on their 10th anniversary.
Ahead of their wedding, Luke and Kaladkaren exchanged wedding vows in the morning program "Magandang Buhay" in March.
“Thank you for accepting me for all of who I am. And everyday, we’ve been together for 10 years, and still, every day that I wake up, I still choose to love you. And I will choose to love you every single day of my life.
“And thank you for always cleaning the house, washing the dishes, wiping the table. But I would like to thank you for your unconditional love, because I know sometimes I get to be annoying. I am stubborn, but you’re still there, and you still support me. And the most important thing is, you show up in difficult times," Kaladkaren told Luke.
Luke told Kaladkaren: “We’ve known each other now for 11 years. I don’t wear my heart on my sleeve, you know I don’t, and it’s gonna be difficult enough in front of all of our family and friends, to share my feelings. I like it when it’s just me and you. I care a lot. It’s sometimes hard to put it down in words.”
