He said: "Thank you to Ateneo de Zamboanga, and to each and everyone who made the Bar Examinations possible despite all odds. On behalf of the Court En Banc, our sincerest thanks. Truly, we had conquered our fears and apprehensions and from that day on, we would only look back to remind ourselves that great things start from a simple dream.”

Gesmundo was joined during the ceremony by Senior Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen who was the 2020-2021 Bar committee chairperson, Associate Justice Antonio T. Kho, Jr., and Assistant Court Administrator Brian Keith F. Hosaka.

The 2022 Bar examinations, also digitalized and regionalized, will be conducted by the SC on Nov. 9, 13, 16 and 20 in various testing centers nationwide.

The SC, through Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin S. Caguioa – chairperson of the Bar examinations committee – said “unforeseen circumstances and contingencies” may necessitate a rescheduling of the dates.

It said that “details pertaining to the exam venue selections will be announced in a later bulletin.”
