Heavy traffic marked the first day of face-to-face classes in the province of Bulacan on Monday, Aug.22.
A crowd of parents and students was seen walking toward schools but the biggest source of traffic were vehicles, including motorcycles, that were used by the learners' parents or guardians in bringing them to school.
The Bulacan Provincial Police Office and force multipliers from the barangay were deployed in schools to maintain peace and order.
