Bulacan PNP ready for Balik Eskwela 2022

In preparation for a safe "Balik Eskwela" on Monday, Aug. 22, Lt. Col. Jacquiline P. Puapo, Officer-in-Charge of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO), has announced that 297 police officers, including Covid-19 patrol officers, will be deployed to various public and private schools and universities as well as areas of convergence and other vital facilities.

In response to the requirements and inquiries relevant to the opening of schools, the BPPO also created Police Assistance Desks (PADs) in the vicinity of schools.

The provincial police has already produced flyers, brochures, and other information education and communication (IEC) materials for "Ligtas Balik Eskwela 2022" and distributed them to all educational institutions in the province.

The deployment of police personnel that will provide security and traffic management as well as enforce basic public health requirements was optimized by the Bulacan PPO.

The BPPO said they will "be more visible, and their presence will be increased, allowing them to deal with any potential issues and concerns."

It also vowed to ensure the safety and security of students, guardians, and teachers, particularly in and around the school, and will prevent any potential crimes from taking place.
