A lot of things happened to former actress Ynna Asistio these past few days.
On July 31, she announced via social media her engagement to longtime boyfriend Bully Carbonell.
The two were wed soon after on Aug. 8.
Yesterday, Aug. 9, Ynna took to Instagram to announce that she and Bully are expecting.
She wrote: "Blessings after blessings! Tagal ko na gusto magkababy and finally it’s happening."
It came as a happy surprise with Ynna noting how she has been battling Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) since she was 13 years old.
"Ilan beses na ako nahospital because of it and I was told na mahihirapan ako magkababy. It has always been my prayer and my dream to become a mom," she related. "As I always say, In His Perfect time He will make things possible."
As to her making the announcement, she explained, "I waited til I found out na safe na si baby and I’m enjoying every moment of it."
"From baby to our engagement to our wedding yesterday I can finally say that I am contented, at peace and happy with my life. Thank you Lord!!"
She told those who are also battling PCOS, "The battle maybe difficult and depressing but don't ever lose hope because if its His Will. He will make it possible."
She ended, "See you soon baby! Daddy @bullyxcarbonellx , our family are super excited to meet you. I can’t wait!! Greatest blessing."
