CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Three minors were among the seven most wanted persons nabbed by the Central Luzon police in manhunt operations from August 1 to 2.

Police identified four suspects – Israel Cacho, 28, the No. 2 MWP of Meycauayan City, Bulacan for robbery; Chris Lopez, 33, No. 3 MWP of Zambales for lascivious conduct; John Marco, 22, for acts of lasciviousness; and Crispin Adoño, 21, No. 7 MWP of Odiongan, Romblon for carnapping.

The three minor suspects, whose identities were not disclosed by the police, were apprehended for carnapping, acts of lasciviousness, direct assault, illegal possession of firearms, and violation of the Omnibus Election Code.

They were turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development for proper disposition of their cases.

“We will continuously launch operations to account and arrest all persons sought by law to rid our communities of lawless elements. One criminal off the street accords our citizens a sound sleep,” Central Luzon police chief Police Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said.
