P82,000 shabu seized from drug pusher in Bacolod buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mansilingan here Wednesday, July 6.

Police Capt. Elmer Bonilla, head of Police Station 7, identified the suspect as Arnel Alcones of Barangay Mansilingan, considered as a street level individual.

Bonilla said Alcones yielded six sachets of suspected shabu weighing 12 grams worth P81,600.

The Police Station 7 head said that Alcones reportedly gets his drug supply here but police refused to reveal the specific areas as the locations are confidential.

He said Alcones repacks the illegal drugs and sell it to his clients or “parokyano.”

Alcones is facing charges for sale and illegal possession of dangerous drugs, according to Bonilla.
