"We expect more people to arrive before the formal program starts," said Police Brig. Gen. Roderick Augustus Alba, chief of the PNP-Public Information Office.

The golf course can accommodate up to 30,000 people and the steel fence were already removed a few days before to give Marcos supporters the chance to witness the event.

Police Maj. Gen. Valeriano De Leon, PNP director for Operations, said large LED televisions were already set up near the venue to give thousands of Marcos supporters the opportunity to witness the event live.

"We understand that there are limitations to view the oath-taking so there will be 13 large LED tVs set up in the area for them," said De Leon.
