Sentro Rizal is the Philippines’ cultural arm created for overseas Filipinos and anyone interested in anything Filipino. Its opening ensures that a platform is accessible for learning to deepen and enhance appreciation of Filipino culture and nurture culturally-literate and participative communities of overseas Filipinos.

Sentro Rizal Hanoi is the ninth center in Southeast Asia, a step closer toward the realization of the goal to further strengthen the Philippines’ cultural presence in the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region.
