QC gov’t to start full implementation of NCAP on July 1

The Quezon City government will start the full implementation of the No Contact Apprehension Program (NCAP) on July 1, 2022.

According to a Facebook post of the city government, violators of traffic rules and regulations will be apprehended through the Traffic Enforcement cameras.

Violators will receive a Notice of Violation and will be fined based on QC Ordinance No. SP 3052 S-2021 or the QC Traffic Management Code.

Motorists may also visit http://nocontact.quezoncity.gov.ph to check if they have a violation.

The city government launched the pilot run of NCAP last October 2021.
