Four most wanted persons arrested in Central Luzon


CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Four most wanted persons were arrested by authorities during a manhunt operation conducted in Aurora, Bulacan and Nueva Ecija on June 20.

In Aurora, personnel of Baler Police arrested Johannes Olayrez, 39, resident of Brgy. Pingit, Baler, Aurora by virtue of warrant of arrest for Attempted Murder under Criminal Case Number. 2022-05-7498 issued and signed by Hon. Maximo Barroga Ancheta Jr., Presiding Judge RTC Br. 90.

Similarly, two top two most wanted persons were arrested by Bulacan police.

They were identified as Richmond Salvador, 24, number 3 most wanted person of Norzagaray Police, 24 , resident of Brgy Matictic Norzagaray, Bulacan for violation of RA 9165 and Christian Roy Esposo, number 8 most wanted person of Sergio Osmeña Police, Zamboanga Del Norte PNP, 23, and presently residing at Brgy. Muzon, Bulacan for robbery.

In Nueva Ecija, joint personnel of Zaragoza Police, Baguio City Police Station 5 Legarda, conducted a manhunt operation which resulted in the arrest of Alexander Gamit, number one most wanted person in Baguio City Police Office.

The 27-year old Gamit, a seafarer and resident of Brgy. Concepcion East, Zaragoza, is wanted for the crime of statutory rape.

The warrant of arrest against Gamit was issued by Hon. Modesto Bahul Jr, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 2, -FC Baguio City.

Gamit was also wanted for the crime of Sexual Assault in Relation to RA 7610 under Criminal Case No. 33793-AF. The arrest warrant was issued by Hon. Ma. Theresa Opiana Basilio, Presiding Judge Family Court, Third Judicial Region Branch 8, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

“The entire Central Luzon Police Force together with other police units continues its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars and maximizes its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region" said Police Brigadier General Matthew Baccay, regional director of Police Regional Office Region 3.
