Vic Sotto supports 'Rice above the Rest' campaign

Veteran TV host and actor Vic Sotto is a proud partner of Hanabishi Philippines since 2010.

"Through the years, Hanabishi Philippines has proven to our reliable partner of Eat Bulaga. They provided prizes in our Sugod Bahay segment and even donated appliances to schools, and communities in our  outreach programs,"he said."They even helped our frontliners by providing them electric fans and washing machines to select hospitals in Pasig City during the pandemic,"he added.

As brand ambassador, he continues to  support the company's numerous campaigns in helping mothers, and even fathers and children, simplify their housework so that they could have more time for bonding by introducing their quality appliances.

Come June 19, Father's Day, Hanabishi celebrates the occasion with special bundles for the man of the house.

“Along with our moms, our dads provide for the family. They make sure that there’s always food to eat and that we are properly nourished,” said Cherish Ong-Chua, VP for Finance and Marketing of Hanabishi Appliances. “So, on their big day, we thought of partnering with SL Agritech Corp., the company behind Doña Maria and Willy Farms Rice, for a campaign that celebrates their hard work for the family.”

She added that rice is one of our main sources of nourishment as Filipinos and Asians, and that rice and fathers are both sources of strength.

From June 13 to 24, Hanabishi will be holding its “Rice Above the Rest” promotion, wherein their latest line of rice cookers will be available along with free bags of rice from Willy Farms. The offers are exclusively available in Hanabishi’s LazMall store.

“At Doña Maria and Willy Farms, we make sure that we deliver only high quality rice that is worthy of all hardworking Filipinos. We’d like to thank Hanabishi for inviting us to partner with them in their Father’s Day promotion,” said Tiffany Ngo, Senior Assistant Vice President for Marketing of SL Agritech Corp.

The rice cooker bundles include the new Hanabishi Low Sugar Rice Cooker HDESUGAR18MFRC with free two kilograms of Willy Farms’ Long Grain Japanese Rice.

Also available are the Hanabishi White Series Rice Cooker HHRC10WHT with free two kilograms of Willy Farms’ Premium Dinorado Rice; Hanabishi White Series Rice Cooker HHRC15WHT with free two kilograms of Willy Farms’ Brown Rice; and Hanabishi White Series Rice Cooker HHRC18WHT with free two kilograms of Willy Farms’ Sticky Jasmine Rice.
