MB Daily News Update: Mandaluyong hit-and-run suspect surrenders


With just two weeks before the inauguration of the country’s top two leaders, the Philippine National Police (PNP) announced that it will be imposing six-day gun bans in Metro Manila and Davao City where President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice-President-elect Sara Duterte will be taking their oaths, respectively.

Jose Antonio San Vicente, who admitted driving the vehicle that ran over a security guard at a mall in Mandaluong last June 6, 2022, surrendered to Philippine National Police (PNP) Officer-in-Charge Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao.

Three public schools in Pangasinan, Bataan, and Iloilo were among the 50 finalists in the shortlist of World’s Best Schools.
