Clarks reimagines its classic designs for its latest collection

Where style and comfort meet

Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “The human foot is a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art.” It does a lot in our day-to-day that’s why a lot goes into making it look good and keeping it protected. Since 1825, that has been the mission of international footwear brand Clarks to give shoes that satisfy both the wearer’s need for function and style. And as it launches its spring-summer 2022 collection, it continues to do that as it demonstrates its mastery of crafting tailor-made for the modern world.

For men

Nature X One in olive and black; Courtlite DBT in cognac; and Courtlite Tor in off-white

To make its latest collection, Clark has looked at its iconic designs and reimagined them to fit today’s men's lifestyle. First off are the Courtlite DBT and Courtlite Wally. Inspired by Nathan Clark’s 1950s Clarks Desert Boot and the brand’s Wallabee in the ‘60s, the two new pairs are made even better by adding lightweight, step-booting soles, and innovative cushioning for a 21-century sports-inspired update. Now imbued with a more contemporary vibe, both the DBT and Wally come in two colors, cognac and black tones.

A more sporty take is the Courtlite Tor, the brand’s newest design. With its modern silhouette, this pair, which comes in off-white and navy colorways, delivers total breathability, traction, and support in every step. A perfect fit for male city dwellers.

Another new design straight from the archive is the Nature X One. Inspired by the late ‘80s sports casual hybrid Nature, the new shoes are made of recycled and responsible materials with styles that are expertly engineered to support the natural foot shape.

For women

Clarks invites every woman to go for an adventure with its latest women’s footwear line. For relaxed city strolls, Karsea Strap and Karsea Mule are the feet’s best friends with ergonomic design, natural leather linings, and soft, flexible white and color-pop leather uppers, this sandal feels as good as it looks.

New beginning

The launch also marks Clarks’ new chapter, this time, as part of the Stores Specialists, Inc.’s brand portfolio. “With Clarks, right now, we want to elevate the brand,” the label tells. “Being with SSI Group, we hope to achieve that. We want to relaunch our brand that is completely different from the past.”

Clarks is located at Central Square in Bonifacio High Street Central, SM Mall of Asia, Trinoma, and online at Trunc.ph, Zalora, Shopee, Lazada, and Rustans.com.
