Bulacan to hold job, livelihood fair on Independence Day


The Bulacan provincial government through the Provincial Youth, Sports, and Public Employment Service Office will hold the “Job and Business Fair (Local and Overseas)” at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in the City of Malolos on June 12 in line with celebration of the 124th Philippine Independence Day.

With the theme “Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan: Pagsuong sa Hamon ng Panibagong Bukas”, over 78 employers have agreed to participate, offering 11,000 jobs.

The event is part of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Independence Day Fair.

Re-elected Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando is encouraging Bulakenyos to take advantage of the job and livelihood fair. He said everyone should not miss this chance to join for self-development.

On Sunday, Fernando will lead the flag-raising ceremony and wreath-laying activity in front of the monument of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo at the historic grounds of Barasoain Church at 9:00 a.m. to commemorate the 124th Philippine Independence Day.

The celebration is anchored on the theme “Kalayaan 2022: Pagsuong sa Hamon Ng Panibagong Bukas (Rise Towards The Challenge Of A New Beginning)".
