Duterte, a motorbike aficionado, drove a three-wheeled motorcycle from Tagum City, Davao del Norte to his hometown of Davao City on Wednesday, June 8.

A video of the President with his fellow riders and security escorts accompanying him was uploaded by Radio Television Malacañang on Thursday, June 9.

He was seen waving to his supporters on his high-powered trike.

Duterte went to Tagum City with longtime aide, Senator Christopher “Bong” Go.

On May 28, the Chief Executive was spotted driving around Digos City in Davao del Sur on his motorcycle.

Go said the outgoing president wanted to ride his motorcycle, which he used to do when he was still Davao City mayor.

With his presidency about to end in less than a month, Duterte earlier said he will retire from politics and return to his hometown where he would have more time to drive around the city.

The Chief Executive, who conducted what could be his last Talk to the People program on Monday night, is set to step down from power at noon of June 30.
