MB Daily News Update: Zubiri or Villar for Senate President?


Senate Majority Floor Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri led a group of senators in a meeting with President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., and reportedly has an edge over Senator Cynthia Villar in the toss-up for the next Senate President.

Meanwhile, Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa bared that eight senators were squarely behind Villar’s bid to become the country’s first female Senate president.

Here’s good news for those wishing to visit Jeju and Yangyang islands in South Korea. There won’t be any need to secure visas when visiting these popular destinations.
