The training participants are expected to take the DOLE-prescribed course depending on the risk level of their nature of work and the number of employees in their workplace.

The humanitarian organization also provides Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training, Occupational First Aid and BLS CPR/AED Training, and Emergency First Aid Training all of which are recognized by DOLE.
