Some of the areas visited by PRC's "Bakuna" bus were the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and Aklan Rehabilitation Center.

“Ang Philippine Red Cross ay mananatiling nandyan para sa ating mga kababayan sa matagal na panahon, hanggang sa tayo ay maging ligtas sa peligro ng Covid-19 (The Philippine Red Cross will remain present for our countrymen for a long period of time and until we make sure that everyone is safe with the dangers of Covid-19),” said PRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Senator Richard J. Gordon in a statement on Thursday, May 26.

He also pleaded with those who were not yet vaccinated and those qualified to get the booster shot to get the shots as the fight against Covid-19 is not yet over.

Other PRC vaccination sites in Visayas are located in Bohol, Capiz, Negros, Bogo, and Roxas City. The PRC's vaccination program has benefited 372,553 persons nationwide as of May 25.
